After you logged in into Staff Panel, there are a lot of interesting area you must try.
First page is Home that contains of Internal News, Private Schedule, Last Active Tickets, and Left Panel indicate of who's online.
As Admin, you can have privilege to add Internal News in that page.
The next page is of course Ticket Browse. This is where you probably take more time to manage your customer requests. This page will highly correlate with Ticket Submit and Ticket Details
Then try the Knowledgebase and News to add item in your Front End. There will be plenty of features inside you must give a try.
