Add/Edit language files

Language files are divided to Front End and Staff Panel.
You can add or edit these two categories.

The files located in /lang/front/ and /lang/staff/ directory.
It is very easy to add/edit the language files inside.

Adding language for Front End:
1. Create new language folder with the translation files inside.
2. Open "Browse Languages" in menu Admin and add the language. Do not forget to set language folder properly, e.g: your new translation folder is in /lang/front/de then you should put "de" for it.

Adding language for Staff Panel is just like above, but without adding the language in "Browse Language" page.
And then each staff can have prefer language for the helpdesk in the staff panel, but this will not affect emails sent to users.
