Problem
Ajax is not working in Firefox and Flock
Solution
When you suddenly face that your browser (Firefox) doesn't work anymore for Ajax web applications (Green Desktiny Helpdesk, Gmail, etc) but it works for Internet Explorer, perhaps you need to take a look into its config.
Try to type "about:config" in your location bar in your Firefox.

Here how it will fix:
1. Find general.useragent.extra.firefox
2. Edit the value with the current version of your browser.
- Firefox, e.g: Firefox/2.0.0.9
- Flock, e.g: Flock/1.2.1
3. Restart your browser to take the effect.

On some occasions, you also need to clear the cookies. Better way is to clear all cookies.

This problem could be happen when your browser is installing some addons, or errors when auto update take progress, or maybe some other errors that could set this value to something else.
