Patch for version 2.3.0 is released!
Bug fixes and added features list:
FIXED: - session timeout expired too soon - staff/users.php: lang['name'] changed to lang['nick_name'] - staff forgot password return encrypted password - broken user link in ticket detail - " change " in email subject - lang['reply per message'] overlap in ticket browse. QR using lang['reply']] - connection check to server, so it will reload the data when connection is back - pop only retrieve deleted tickets - session login timeout show xml error - attachment permission is case sensitive - custom field ajax window error in the ticket detail display - error parsing email for iso-8859-1 umlaut characters - long delay on queries for tickets - sending email alert for certain priorities
ADDED: - order for ticket categories - unread tickets info - staff notifications option in staff browse - option for auto refresh ajax (giving time, or disabled) - field custom names are displayed in custom field browse
Note for update: ================ 1. Replace files in appropriate folders (the update files are set according to helpdesk path) 2. Update database for ticket category using updatedb2_3_0_1.php (this file located in root directory). Remove/rename this file after update complete.
