Update:

1. Major files are updated, it is better to copy your config.php.
Then you may replace all files inside (don't forget to replace the config.php with the one you copied before)
2. - Update from version 2.3.0, please access /update/index.php
   - Update from prior version 2.3.0, please access /staff/upgrade23.php
   Don't forget to remove/rename those folder/files after update.
3. You may update Outgoing Emails (new page) for sending email.
4. If you are using multilingual, you need to synchronize the language for Ticket Categories and Front HTML (new banner text).
   You can do this by clicking Synchronize inside those pages.
